Howard Yohn, 56, Dies Suddenly in Home Near Garner

GARNER - Death came suddenly to Howard Yohn, 56, farmer living two and one half miles west of Garner, early Tuesday morning. Mr. Yohn had suffered a heart attack Monday afternoon and another attack Tuesday morning at 4 a.m. proved fatal.

Mr. Yohn was born Jan. 25, 1886, near Dougherty, to William Yohn and Winnefred Yohn.

Survivors are his wife; a son, Robert, of Joplin, Mo., and a daughter, Relphine, who is employed as secretary to the Hancock selective service board. Elmer Yohn, a brother preceded him in death earlier in the winter.

Funeral arrangements have not been definitely arranged pending the arrival of the son.
