Services for Dorothy May Sillman, 68, of Britt, who died Monday, July 21, 1986 at Hancock County Memorial Hospital in Britt, will be held 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 23 at the United Methodist Church in Britt with Rev. J. Larry Vallery as officiant. Mrs. Ruby Hodson, organist, will accompany Russell and Cindy Schubert, who will sing as a duet.

Casketbearers will be Dwight Kline, Dan Kline, Alan Perkins, Dennis Gerdes, Mike Duregger and David Hrubes. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Britt. Visitation will be from 2 - 4 p.m., Tuesday, at the Hancock County Healthcare Facility at Duncan and from 6 - 9 p.m. at the Cataldo Funeral Home in Britt.

Dorothy May Sillman, the daughter of William and Sophia (Holck) Sillman was born April 16, 1918 at Britt. She lived with her family until 1963 when she moved to the Hancock County Healthcare Facility where she resided until her death on Monday, July 21, 1986. She was baptized at the United Methodist Church in Britt, March 21, 1937. While living at the Hancock County Healthcare Facility, she was a member of the Resident's Council, Woman's Club, Walking Club, Nature Club, craft group, baking class and the softball team.

She is survived by her sister in law, Mrs. Ruth Sillman of Britt and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Mrs. Lyal ( Anna) Fox, Mrs. Cecil (Sophia) Naser, Mrs. George (Martha) Chapman and Mrs. Ed (Cleo) Kline; four brothers, Walter, Harold, George and Edward.
