Obituary.

Mrs. Ora Alice Kennedy, wife of Edward Kennedy, died at her home in Ell twp. Apr. 2, 1903.

She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Packard and was born in Butler Co., Iowa, Nov. 12, 1883. The family moved to Renwick, Iowa, in 1901 at which place the deceased was married to her now bereaved husband Feb. 12th, 1902.

Mrs. Kennedy gave up her life a short time after first entering the sacred relation of motherhood. Her babe preceded her but a few hours and both were buried in the same casket.

Rev. L. F. Troutman conducted funeral services at the home on Saturday and a large company of sympathizing and sorrowing friends followed her to her resting place in Concord cemetery.
