Youth Drowned Near Hutchins Is Buried

HUTCHINS, July 2 - Funeral services for Richard Cummings, 17, who was drowned near here Sunday, were held Tuesday afternoon at the Methodist church in Britt in charge of the Rev. B. A. Rust, Baptist minister. Burial was in Britt. He was born in the vicinity of Britt Feb. 15, 1914. Besides his parents he leaves three sisters, Iva of Nevada; Iona of Sioux City and Edna at home.
