Britt rites set for Mrs. Kenneth Wash [Nash], Des Moines
BRITT: Mrs. Kenneth Nash, 59, died at a Des Moines hospital Friday following a long illness. Funeral services are set tentatively for Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Boughton Funeral Home, Britt. The Rev. Warren S. Paige will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Born Grace Ganseveld, Aug. 30, 1902, she was the daughter of Claus and Fannie Abbas Ganseveld. She was married in 1952 at Nevada. Mr. and Mrs. Nash lived in Mason City until going to Des Moines in 1959.
Surviving are her husband, a son Edward Hall, three grandchildren, two step grandchildren, four sisters, Nancy and Jennie Ganseveld and Mrs. Anna Olson, Britt; Mrs. Darius (Minnie) Smidt, Lake Mills; four brothers, Nichols Ganseveld, Webster City; Stafford and Dan in Mexico; William, Mason City. She was preceded in death by four brothers, George, Peter, John and Fred.
