H. J. McNary succumbs to heart attack

BRITT: Harlan J. McNary, 55, died of a heart attack at his home here Friday. Funeral services will be Monday at 2:30 p.m. at the Boughton Funeral Home. The Rev. Warren S. Paige will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Britt.

Born at Britt, June 11, 1907, he was the son of Hubert L. and Grace Lakin McNary. He was a 1925 graduate of Britt High School and has been employed at Jacob E. Decker & Sons, Mason City, many years.

Surviving are his mother, Britt, and a brother, Arlo, Beloit, Wis.
