Britt woman succumbs to hart attack

BRITT: Mrs. Hance Larsen, 53, died of a heart attack at her home here early Tuesday. Funeral arrangements are pending at the Boughton Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Corwith Cemetery.

Born Sylvia Mae Stilson, March 7, 1907, she was the daughter of Roy and Margaret McNeish Stilson of Corwith. She was graduated in 1926 from Corwith High School and taught school after being graduated from Iowa State Teachers College. She was married Nov. 28, 1948, to Hance Larsen of Burt. They lived in Corwith and moved to Britt several years ago.

Surviving are her husband and her father, Mission, Tex. She was preceded in death by her mother and an infant brother.
