Businessman Dies at Britt

Services Tuesday for Elmer H. Ludeke, 61

Britt - Funeral services for Elmer H. Ludeke, 61, Britt businessman, were held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Osman's funeral chapel and at 2 p.m. at the Methodist church. Burial in Evergreen cemetery.

Mr. Ludeke died of a heart attack Sunday.

Survivors include the widow, 2 daughters, Mrs. Ellis Swan and Mrs. Alpha Lloyd, and 2 sons, Clarence and Lyle, all living in Britt with the exception of Lyle whose home is at Ames.

Mr. Ludeke owned and operated the coffee shop in Britt from 1931 to 1943 and for the past 3 years had owned and operated Ludeke's appliance shop.
