George S. Ansel

KANAWHA - George Spencer Ansel, 83, of Kanawha, died Tuesday at a Belmond hospital.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at United Methodist Church, Kanawha. The Rev. Harlan Stenberg will officiate. Burial will be in Amsterdam Township Cemetery, Kanawha.

Friends may call tonight until 10 a.m. Friday at Carter Funeral Home, Kanawha, and at the church prior to services.

Mr. Ansel moved to Kanawha from Ilinois in 1960.

He is survived by his wife, Wilda; a son, Raymond, Kanawha; and five grandchildren.
