Arthur Harlow

KANAWHA — Former Kanawha resident Arthur Harlow, 77, died Friday at Prairie du Chien, Wis., where he worked as a barber the past 24 years. He also had been a barber in Kanawha.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Prairie du Chien.

Graveside services will be 4 p.m. Tuesday at Amsterdam Township Cemetery, Kanawha.

Carter Funeral Home, Kanawha, is in charge of local arrangements.
