Edna Staples

BRITT - Edna Staples, 96, of Britt, died Monday (Oct. 19, 1992) at the I.O.O.F Home in Mason City.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Ewing Funeral Chapel, Britt, with the Rev. Dennis Bailey officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. today at Ewing Funeral Chapel, Britt, where a Rebekah service will be held at 7:30 p.m.

Edna Staples was born March 29, 1896, at Britt.

Survivors include two nephews, Richard Downs, Mason City, and Robert Downs, Oelwein.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one sister.
