ABSTRACTED OBITUARY from Forest City Summit, Mar. 23, 1961

Fred T. Jakoubek, 74, of Garner died Wed. in Forest City. Born Nov. 1, 1881 at Spillville, son of Thomas and Mary Jakoubek. Married Emma Wellik in May 1908.

Survived by his wife, 4 daughters, Mrs. Joe (Abbie) Kral, Mrs. Gilbert (Helen) Osheim, Mrs. Dorothy Nedved and Mrs. Laverne (Eleanor) Nelson and a son, William.

Services at St. Wenceslaus church in Duncan with burial in St. John's cemetery at Duncan.
