Brand rites set Friday at Britt

Britt - Funeral services are scheduled here Friday for retired farmer William Brand, 70, who died of a heart attack in his car at Osage.

Mr. Brand was on his way to a visit a son in Osage, when the attack occurred.

Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Osman Funeral Home and at 2 p.m. in the Methodist Church. Burial will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery near Britt.

Survivors include his widow, two sons and two daughters.

They are Melvin, Buffalo, N. Y.; Alvin, Osage; Mrs. Richard Grifhorst, Britt, and Irma, Seattle, Wash.
