Garner Woman Dies at Home; Rites at Church

Garner - Funeral services for Mrs. W. R. Maley, 66, were held at the United Presbyterian church Wednesday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. F. C. Griewe in charge. Burial was in Concord township cemetery. Mrs. Maley died Monday evening at her home. She was ill about 2 years and bedfast since February.

Ida C. Maley was born on July 4, 1879. The family moved here from Brookings, S. Dak., in 1910 and brought a farm in Old Concord. In 1922 they moved to Sidney, Nebr., where they lived for 20 years, moving back here 2 years ago last January, and with their son. L. R. Maley bought a farm in the St. John's Community.

Surviving are the husband and son; a daughter, Mrs. Opal Kretz, of Sidney, Nebr.; and 3 brothers, Ray, Walter and Guy Kester of this community.
