Former Hancock supervisor dies at 81

Klemme - John A. Chambers, 81, died Sunday night it the Belmond hospital. He was a realtor and former Hancock County Supervisor.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Methodist Church here. The Rev. J. E. Albertson will officiate. Burial will be in the Corwith Cemetery with Blake Funeral Home in charge.

Surviving are his wife, the former Lois Ann Table, a son, Wayne, San Bruno, Calif,: a daughter, Mrs. Roy (Thelma) Arnold, Klemme; eight grandchildren, a sister, Anna Chambers, Seattle, Wash. He was preceded in death by two sisters.
