Anna Brcka Buried Monday

Duncan - Funeral services were held for Miss Anna Brcka Monday morning at St. Boniface Catholic church at Garner. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. W. C. Hradecky was in charge of the last rites. Burial was made in St. John's cemetery at Duncan.

Ann Brcka was born near Garner, July 15, 1897, a daughter to the late John, Sr. and Anna Brcka. Her entire life was spent in the Garner, Duncan vicinity. She had been in failing health for some time and died Thursday, May 15, at a nursing home in Mason City. She had reached the age of 54 years and 10 months. She was a member of St. Wenceslaus church at Duncan.

Surviving are three brothers and three sisters, John Brcka, Britt; Joe Brcka, Duncan; Anton Brcka, Garner; Mrs. A. J. (Lizzie) Hejlik, Duncan; Mrs. B. J. (Stella) Hogan, Mason City; Mrs. Frank (Emma) Paca, Garner. The parents and a brother Charles preceded Miss Brcka in death.
