Mrs. R. Gouge rites Saturday at Garner church

Garner - Mrs. Richard Gouge, 27, the former Marilyn Babcock of Garner, died Tuesday at the University of Minnesota Hospital, Minneapolis, following heart surgery.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Garner Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Garner Cemetery with Bohn Funeral Home in charge.

Surviving are her husband, Richard Gouge, Coon Rapids, Minn.; two sons, Ricky, 9; Larry, 7; her mother, Mrs. Titus Menke, Clear Lake; four sisters, Mrs. Dave (Delores) Metcalf, Spirit Lake; Mrs. William (Joan) Post, Bettendorf; Mrs. Borge (Ruth) Bak, Davenport; Miss Janice Babcock, San Francisco; three brothers, Donald Babcock, Monticello; Jack Babcock, Sioux Falls, S.D.; Paul Babcock, Davenport.
