Farmer Dies Suddenly While Fixing Tractor

Britt - Funeral services will be held at the Methodist church Thursday afternoon for John Pollard, 63, farmer near Woden, who died suddenly Monday afternoon while fixing his tractor. He had been in ill health for some time.

Mr. Pollard is survived by the following children: Mrs. Charles Drake, Garner; Mrs. Gene Carroll, Des Moines; Helen, Gladys, Eugene, and Raymond, at home.

The Boughton funeral home at Britt is in charge of the funeral.
