Rites Held for Garner Native

Garner - Graveside services for Robert Xavier Hejlik, 31, were held at the St. Boniface Catholic cemetery Thursday with the Rt. Rev. Msgr. L. B. Striegel officiating. He died at the Veterans Hospital in Minneapolis Monday.

Funeral services were held at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Minneapolis Wednesday. The body arrived at Garner Wednesday at the Bohn Funeral Home.

Mr. Hejlik was born in Garner Oct. 6, 1923, and is survived by his mother, Mrs. John Hejlik of Minneapolis and a sister, Mrs. Clarence Sebers of Aurora, Ill. He was a nephew of R. J. Fritsch and visited often in Garner.
