Mrs. Edwin Arnett, 74, Dies; Funeral Sunday

Britt - Mrs. Edwin Arnett, 74, wife of a prominent farmer and livestock buyer, died at her home here. Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Boughton's funeral home, the Rev. F. F. Robinson, Methodist pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery. She was born in Sparland Ill., Feb. 2, 1869. Surviving are the husband and the following children: Mrs. Velma Haxton, Cherokee; Arella F McMillan, Breitt, and Merton W. Arnett, Early. Mrs. Carrie E. Brown of Huntington Park, Cal., is a sister.
