Vivian Huenemann 1923-1996

Vivian L. Huenemann, 72, West Bend, WI, formerly of Minneapolis, MN, died Sunday, April 14, 1996, at St. Joseph's Community Hospital in West Bend, WI.

Cremation took place at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield, WI. with inurnment to take place at a later date at Peace Reformed Cemetery, rural Garner with Phillip Funeral Home of West Bend, WI. in charge of arrangements.

Vivian L. Huenemann, the daughter of Edward and Anna (Park) Hollatz, was born December 17, 1923, in Hancock County. She attended Ventura High School and was in the graduating class of 1941.

July 7, 1945, she married Paul B. Huenemann at Edgewood Arsenal, MD. After marriage, the couple moved to various cities but primarily resided in the Des Moines area for about 20 years where she was employed at Iowa Lutheran Hospital as an EKG Supervisor for 10 years of the 20. They then moved to Minneapolis, MN. for 10 years and finally settled in West Bend, WI, in 1995.

She was a former member of Peace Reformed Church, rural Garner.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Huenemann of West Bend, WI.; children, Jane Swats of Des Moines, Paul (Chris) Huenemann of Cedar Rapids, Dana (Larry) Toraason of Slinger, WI, and Charles (Jeannine) Huenemann of Logan, UT; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Wayne (Lois) Hollatz of Garner, and Tom (Barb) Hollatz of Clear Lake; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Ann Marie Parks; and one brother, Everet Hollatz.

Vivian Lena Hollatz Huenemann

WEST BEND, Wis. — Vivian Lena Hollatz Huenemann, 72, of West Bend, died Sunday (April 14, 1996) at her home.

Memorial services are pending in Garner, Iowa. The body will be cremated with a small service in Wisconsin before returning to Garner, Iowa. The Phillip Funeral Home in West Bend is in charge of arrangements.

Vivian Hollatz Huenemann was born Dec. 17, 1923, in rural Garner, Iowa. She married Paul Huenemann in 1945. The couple lived in Des Moines, Iowa, for 20 years. They then moved to various places and resided in Plymouth, Minn., for 10 years. At the time of Vivian's death, they resided at West Bend, next to their daughter, Dana, and her family.

Vivian was active in her community working with elderly health services in Des Moines and active with her bridge clubs.

She is suvived by four children, Paul Edward Huenemann Jr., and his wife, Chris of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Jane Huenemann of Des Moines, Iowa; Dana and her husband, Larry of Slinger, Wis., and Charlie Huenemann and his wife, Jeanice of Logan, Utah; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter and one brother.
