Dennis Greiman, 9, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, [1964] at the Belmond Community Hospital, following a brief illness. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m . Saturday, Dec. 26, at the Peace Reformed Church. The Rev. Chester Ploeger officiated. using Acts 2.39 as his text.
Mr and Mrs Vincent Woiwood sang "No Night There" and "What a Friend We Have in Jesus," accompanied by Mrs. Stanley Peter, organist.
Interment was made in the Peace Reformed cemetery, with the Bohn Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers were Daniel Greiman. Duane Greiman, Keith Greiman, Kevin Greiman, Roger Brekke and Douglas Jass.
Dennis Gene Greiman, son of Wayne and Vivian Harberts Greiman, was born at Belmond on February 7, 1955. On May 8, 1955. as an infant, he received the Sacrament of Holy Baptism in the Peace Reformed Church, the Rev. Chester Ploeger, pastor. He lived all of his life on his father's farm located two and a half miles south of Garner. He attended the Garner-Hayfield Community School. A severe attack of pneumonia caused his death.
Surviving are his parents, one brother, Fred: three sisters, Connie. Carol and Denise; grandparents. Mr and Mrs Harvey Harberts, of Goodell, and a host of relatives and friends.
