Martin Kroeze
(July 16, 1964)

BRITT- Martin L. Kroeze, 54, a former Britt resident was killed Thursday at Oroville, Wash. A bundle of a large tree props fell on him in the apple orchard where he worked. He had lived in Washington the last 15 years.

Surviving are his wife, Cleo; two sons, Martin Jr. and Gary, both of Mason City; three granddaughters, five brothers, the Rev. Frank Kroeze, Lexington, Neb.; Walton Kroeze, Pine City, Neb.; Dick and Melvin Kroeze, River Falls, Wis.; Lawrence Kroeze, Buffalo Center; a sister, Mrs. Don (Nadine) Welk, Milwaukee.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
