Services for Mabel A. Waddingham, 78, Klemme, who died Friday, June 3, 1994, at the North Iowa Mercy Health Center in Mason City, were held Monday June 6, 10:30 a.m. at the Immanuel Reformed United Church of Christ in Klemme with Rev. Don Walters officiating.

Music was provided by organist Lynette Nuehring. Casket bearers were Gaylon Barz, Lelend Barz, Trevor Pasch, Alvin Meyer, Timothy Waddingham, and Steven Waddingham.

Burial was at the Memorial Park Cemetery at Mason City with the Tenold Funeral Homes of Klemme and Belmond in charge of arrangements.

Mabel Amanda (Thiemann) Waddingham was born May 26, 1916 on a farm in rural Klemme. She attended Ell #7 rural school.

December 18, 1941, she married Curtis Waddingham at the Immanuel Reformed United Church of Christ in Klemme. They farmed west of Klemme and moved to a farm east of Klemme before retiring to Klemme in December of 1990.

She was a member of the Immanuel Reformed United Church of Christ, Dorcus Circle, and enjoyed farming, sewing, baking and especially gardening.
She is survived by her husband, Curtis of Klemme; sisters, Mrs. Raymond(Viola) Barz of Weyauwega, WI, and Luella Yakel of Klemme; a brother Paul Thiemann and his wife Grace of Klemme; many nieces and nephews and step-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother-in-law Roland Yakel; and sister-in-law Judy Thiemann.
