William B. Kenyon, 72

William B. Kenyon, 72, Rochelle, Ill., formerly of Garner, died Sunday (Dec. 5, 1982) in Franklin Grove, Ill.

Mr. Kenyon was the son of William B. Kenyon and Mary (Peck) Kenyon, born June 9, 1910, in Hancock County. He farmed for over 40 years in the Garner area. He was married to the former Irene Helland. She died in 1963. After his wife's death, he moved to Forest City and Blue Earth, MN. In August of 1982, due to ill health, he moved to Rochelle, Ill., to be near his son.

He was a member of the United Presbyterian Church.

Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 8, at the Cataldo Funeral Chapel, Garner, with the Rev. David Orrison of the United Presbyterian Church, Garner, officiating. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery, Garner.

Visitation will be one hour before services at the chapel.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Wayne (Ann) Muntz, Memphis, Mo.; one son, William, and his wife Donna, Rochelle, Ill.; four grandchildren and three sisters, Mrs. Wilma Pitkin, Independence; Mrs. Bernice Turner and Mrs. Dorothy Sill, both of California.
