Died

Henry A. Sonius, a well-to-do farmer living on section 31, Bingham township, died at his home Tuesday morning, July 18, 1905. The cause of death was a cancer and he had been sick for nearly a year.

The deceased was born in Germany in 1851, and was 54 years, 3 months and 26 days old when death overtook him. He had resided in Hancock county since 1882. Mr. Sonius was a christian man, a good citizen and neighbor, and will be mourned by many. He leaves a wife, eight children, an aged mother, a brother and two sisters. The funeral services were held Thursday, Rev. Bode of the Reform church, officiating.
