Charles Philpot Dies; Rites Will Be Friday

Charles Philpot, 83, a long time resident of the Forest City area, died early Wednesday in his home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Olson's funeral home with the Rev. C. H. Pettersen officiating. Burial will be in Ellington Center cemetery.

Surviving are his wife; a son, Clifford; two daughters, Lucille Mowery and Mrs. Leslie O'Rourke, and four grandchildren
