G. S. Everett died at his home in Britt on Monday, June 12, 1905, after an illness of several months.
The deceased was born in Tioga county, Pennsylvania, in 1840. He came west in 1887, settling in Dakota and removed to Britt in 1889, which has since been his home.
His wife and three sons survive him. The funeral services were held at the Methodist church on Wednesday, Rev. Quinn officiating.
