Clarence Purdy Former Ottosen Man, Dies In West

Ottosen: Word has been received of the death of Clarence Purdy at Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is the son of G. I. Purdy, who is postmaster here. The Purdys were former owners of a grocery store here before moving to New Mexico for Mr. Purdy's health. The body will be brought here for funeral arrangements and burial at Corwith. The deceased is survived by his wife, Ellen, a son Dennis in the navy somewhere in the Pacific. Also a daughter, Mrs. Durand and a grand daughter, Dorothy Durand.

Final Rites For Clarence Purdy Held At Ottosen

Ottosen: Funeral services were held for Clarence Purdy of Los Angeles, Calif., Wednesday at the Presbyterian church here. Burial was at Corwith. The deceased is survived by his wife, a son, Dennis who is in the Navy somewhere on the Pacific and a daughter, Mrs. Durand and grand daughter, also his father, G. I. Purdy, postmaster here.
