Funeral Services Are Planned for Mrs. Grau at Garner Home, Church

Garner - Funeral rites for Mrs. Ole Grau, who resided in Garner most of her life, will be held at the home at 1:30 p.m., Thursday and at the Methodist church at 2 p.m., with the Rev. O. E. Schaal officiating.

Mrs. Grau died in a Rochester, Minn. hospital Monday night. She had entered the hospital last Saturday and had expected to undergo an operation.

Emma Amelia Haes, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gutlib Haes, was born in Garner Aug. 5, 1873, and was nearly 67 years of age at the time of her death.

She grew to womanhood here and Oct. 5, 1914 was married to (Mrs.) Grau at Forest City. They farmed near Forest City until in 1923, when they moved to Garner, where they have since resided. They have no children.

Conduct Last Rites for Mrs. Ole Grau in Church at Garner

Garner - Funeral rites for Mrs. Ole Grau were held Thursday afternoon at the Garner Methodist church, with the Rev. O. E. Schaal officiating. The service was preceded by a short service at the Grau home.

Mrs. Grau died in a Rochester, Minn. hospital Monday night. She had been in failing health for some time.

Pallbearers were R. W. Waller, Jack Waller, Donald Haes, Galen Haes and Ernest Haes, six nephews of Mrs. Grau.
