Mrs. McNabb, 75, Dies; Funeral to be Wednesday

Britt - Mrs. George McNabb, 75, died at her home early Monday at Britt following an illness of seven years.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Methodist Church here preceded by a prayer service at the Boughton Funeral Home with the Rev. R. Maynard Bell in charge. Burial will be at the Evergreen Cemetery at Britt.

Mrs. McNabb was born Sept. 26 1881, at Old Rolfe to John B. and Jane Metcalf Jolliffe. She attended school at Rolfe and was married Aug. 29, 1907, to George McNabb. They lived at Emmetsburg and later moved to Britt where he was in the construction business.

Surviving are two daughters, Miss Reva McNabb, Hollywood, Calif., and Verla Bidne, Iowa City; three grandchildren and one sister, Clara Bryant, Emmetsburg.

She was preceded in death by three children, Iva, Bernice and Viola; four stepchildren, John, Lila, Donald and George; seven sisters, Rose, May, Sarah, Ceinda, Ida, Ina and Emma, and three brothers, Albert, William and George.
