Sgt. D. Formanek

Garner - Funeral services are pending for T/Sgt. Daniel Formanek, 38, Garner native who died Sunday in Tucson, Ariz., where he was serving with the Air Force.

Survivors include his wife, Mary; three children, Daniel Jr., Paul and Pamela, all at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe T. Formanek, Hayfield; two sisters, Mrs. Leo Nedved, Britt, and Mrs. Hans Nielsen, Fort Dodge, and a brother Leonard, Garner.

Sgt. Formanek was born in the Hayfield area and was graduated from Hayfield High School in 1946. He was married to the former Mary Hughes of Britt in 1951
