Chester Casperson

Garner - Chester H. Casperson, 64, Miller farmer, died Saturday evening at a Mason City Hospital.

Born March 14, 1905, in Garner, he was the son of V. P. and Helen Babcock Casperson. He was married to Myrtle Irving of Garner, March 21, 1935.

Surviving are his wife, three sons, David, Minneapolis; Stephen, Estherville; Lt. Daniel Casperson, Ft. Bragg, N. C.; Two grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Oliver (Edith) Thorson, Kanawha; Mrs. Alex (Hattie) Hammond, Garner. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the United Methodist Church in Garner. The Rev. Wallace A. Stark will officiate. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery with Bohn Funeral Home in charge.
