Former Buffalo Center Lady Died At Garner

Mrs. M. N. Zeiger, 66, died of a heart attack during her sleep Monday night, August 24. Mr. Zeiger found her dead in bed about 8 o'clock Tuesday morning when he went to see why she had not risen at the usual time. She had experienced a little heart trouble in the past but was apparently in good health Monday and had been her usual self up to the last.

Mr. and Mrs. Zeiger were married July 17, 1901, at Cedar Falls. They lived at Buffalo Center a while and then came to Garner where Mr. Zeiger continued in the jewelry business. The couple had lived at Garner for 39 years.

The deceased is survived by her husband, three daughters, two brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Bohn funeral home with an Eastern Star service. Burial was in Concord cemetery - Garner Leader and Signal.
