Mrs. Dale Wagoner Dies at 71; Rites at Britt

KANAWHA - Mrs. Dale (Nora) Wagoner, 71, died Friday night at the Belmond Hospital. She had been in ill health the past three years. She was the daughter of Martin and Margaret Gilligan Cosgriff, born Jan. 15, 1887, Billings, Mont. and reared in the Corwith Kanawha area. Jan. 30, 1907, she was married to Dale Wagoner. They farmed in this area.

Survivors are her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Marguerite) McCracken, Detroit, Mich.; Mrs. John (Tresella) Gordon, Kanawha; Mrs. Oliver (Eleanor) Huntley, Renwick; nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and her mother, Mrs. Martin Cosgriff, 92, Britt. Five brothers, Jack and Thomas, Britt; George, Forest City; Edward, Kearney, Nebr.; Martin, Jr., Britt, and a sister Mrs. Donald (Gertrude) McGreavey, Waterloo, also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick's Church, Britt. The Rev. Fr. Justin A. Kane will officiate at the requiem mass. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Britt. The Rosary was said at the Boughton Funeral Home Sunday and Monday evenings.
