MRS. REDDEN'S RITES TUESDAY

Britt Resident Had Operated Hardware Store With Husband

BRITT - Funeral services for Mrs. James A. Redden, who died Saturday night, will be held Tuesday morning at 8:30 at the home and 9 o'clock at the St. Patrick's Catholic church with the Rev. J. H. Quirin reading the requiem high mass. Burial will be in the family plot in St. Patrick's cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Redden operated a furniture store and undertaking establishment in Clare until 1916 when they came to Britt and bought a hardware store. Mr. Redden preceded his wife in death in 1936.

Surviving are two children, Mrs. Bergie Anderson of Ruthven and Francis Redden of Britt and five grandchildren, James and Rose Mary Anderson of Ruthven, Donald Redden of LeMars and Joy and Jerry Redden of Britt.

Funeral arrangements will be in charge of Boughton's Funeral home and pallbearers will be Frank Kelly, Frank Mullen, William Kudej, Raleigh Fannin, Frank O'Rourk and Charles Botsford.
