BLACKSMITH IN BRITT IS DEAD

Funeral Services of N. P. Nelson to Be Held on Tuesday

BRITT - Funeral services for N. P. Nelson [Nelsen], who died Friday evening, will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 at the home and at 2:30 o'clock at the Congregational church with the Rev. A. R. Larson in charge. Burial will be in Britt Evergreen cemetery.

Mr. Nelson is survived by his widow and six children, Vernon, Norman, Raymond, Bertha, Ardis and Mrs. Norman Rice, all of Britt, and one granddaughter, Linda Lee Rice.

Mr. Nelson came to the United States from Denmark when a young man. For many years he operated a blacksmith shop here. He had been in ill health for several years and had been bedfast much of the past year.
