Rites Held at Garner Church for Infant Son

GARNER, July 30 - Funeral services for Donald Eugene, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Hejlik, were held Monday morning at St. Boniface Catholic church in charge of the Rev. Father M. J. Manternach. The child would have been 2 years of age Aug 15.

The baby was taken to a Mason City hospital more than a week before its death at the hospital Saturday. Death was caused from a summer ailment. Mr. and Mrs. Hejlik have two older sons, Harold and Arthur. They live 3 miles west of Garner. Interment was at the Catholic cemetery west of Garner.
