Farmer Dies at Clear Lake Auction Sale

Garner: while attending an auction sale at Clear Lake Friday afternoon, E. W. Bradwell, 47, farmer 4 miles east of Garner, died suddenly from a coronary occlusion. He had intended to buy some sheep for his son Robert when the fatal stroke came.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the home and at 2 p.m. at the United Presbyterian church, the Rev. J. Dallas Gibson officiating. Burial will be in the Concord township cemetery.

Mr. Bradwell was born at Evenwood, England, Nov. 25, 1903, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jonathan Bradwell. He came to the United States 25 years ago and in 1930 was married to Winifred Nelson.

Survivors include the widow, son Robert and daughter Nancy at home, his aged mother, Mrs. Johathan Bradwell, sisters Mrs. Jack Ramshaw and Mrs. John Anderson, of Houghton Le Spring, England, Mrs. C. H. Phillips, Garner, and Mrs. E. E. Knaupp, Independence, Ore.
