Mrs. J. Love dies; Funeral Tuesday

Mrs. James G. (Thelma A.) Love, 75, 636 Georgia SE, died early Sunday in a Mason City Hospital.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Major Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. George Adkins, First Christian Church pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Britt.

Visitation at the chapel will be until the time of services.

Mrs. Love was born Aug. 11, 1888, at Fort Scott, Kan., the daughter of Perry Alfred and Christina Berglund.

She was married to James Love at Liberty, Mo., June 6, 1928. The couple moved to Mason City shortly after the marriage, and she made her home here since. She has spent winters in McAllen, Tex., the last several years.

Mrs. Love is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Homer (Elsie) Cation, Mrs. Fred (Freda) Cunningham and Mrs. Alvin (Ruth) Brooks, all of Humboldt, Kan., and three brothers, George Berglund, Humboldt, Kan.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 1958 and one brother, Evan Berglund.

She was a member of the Milwaukee Woman's Club.
