Two Killed At Railroad Crossing
Council Bluffs, Ia, Sept. 22 - Two persons were instantly killed when a Rock Island passenger train struck their automobile at a grade crossing here today. The dead are: LeRoy Peterman, 20; and Mrs. George L. Severns, both of Corwith, Ia.
The automobile was dragged 100 feet after being struck.

Two Corwith People Killed At Crossing
Mrs. George L. Severns and Leroy Peterman, 19, both of Corwith, were killed about 8 o'clock last Wednesday morning at a crossing of the Rock Island railroad near Council Bluffs by a fast westbound train.
Mrs. Severns had been to Ralston, Neb. to obtain hog cholera serum for her husband who is a veterinarian at Corwith.
