Funeral Is Held for Hayfield Resident

Hayfield, Dec 18 - The funeral of Mrs. Joseph Holecek, who died suddenly at her home 2 miles south of here late Thursday evening, was held at the M. E. church at Garner Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, the service being conducted by the Rev. C. H. VanMetre and burial being made in the Concord cemetery.

Surviving children are: John, James, Charles, Otto and Bessie, all of Garfield township; Lewis, Oakland, Cal.; Edward, Algona; Joseph, LaMoure N. Dak., and Mrs. Frank Polansky, Crete, N. Dak. All the children except Lewis attended the funeral service.
