Grace Ragan Funeral Held at Crystal Lake

Crystal Lake, April 10 - Funeral services were held Sunday for Miss Grace Ragan, who died at the general hospital in Minneapolis Friday afternoon. She had been in the hospital since last fall, suffering from arthritis.

Born Oct. 8, 1862 at Waukon, she moved to Crystal Lake with her parents about 50 years ago. Her father died in 1909 and she cared for her aged mother who died in 1929 at the age of 91. Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Ella Wallace, Mrs. Angie Johnson of Crystal Lake, Mrs. Effie Cochran of Hudson, Wis., and Mrs. Edith Holmes of Bassett. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Joseph S. Hutchings.
