Crystal Lake - Beatrice De La Reva, daughter of the De La Reva family living here, is seriously ill with pneumonia, following measles. She is in the first grade in school

Many Have Measles and Pneumonia in Crystal Lake; One Child Dies

Crystal Lake, Feb. 18 - An epidemic of measles and pneumonia has been going around in most of the families.

Those who are still sick with measles and pneumonia are: Betty Kirkpatrick, the 5 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. P. J. Kirkpatrick; Mrs. Floyd Swan and Mrs. Mervin Frogg.

There has been one death in this community with this disease, the 11 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mariono De La Reva, who was buried Saturday.
