Frank T. Woiwood Died Tues., Nov. 4, Great Falls Mont.

Frank Theodore Woiwood, son of Carl Woiwood and Mrs. Anna Woiwood died Tuesday, Nov. 4, 1947, in his home in Great Falls Mont.

Mr. Woiwood became critically ill several days before his death and two of his brothers, Alfred and Walter, were at his bedside having been notified of his illness.

Mr. Woiwood was born in Garner, May 20, 1886, and grew to manhood in this community and was a faithful member of the St. John’s Lutheran church. In 1910 Mr. Woiwood went to Carter, Mont. And lived on a homestead. In 1915 he was united in marriage to Mary Diederich. One child was born to them, a daughter Florence.

Surviving him are his wife, and daughter, his aged mother Mrs. Anna Woiwood, two sisters, Mrs. Louis Grell and Mrs. Ed Bohn of Ventura, four brothers, Carl, Walter, and Alfred of Garner and Will of Inglewood, Calif.

He was preceded in death by his father, a brother Edward; and a sister, Tillie.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Nov 6, in the Trinity Lutheran Church of Great Falls, Mont., with Rev. Emerson T. Lickband in charge of the services. The Rev. Lickband is a former Garner resident and will be doubtlessly be remembered by many friends here.
