Former Garner resident dies

Word has been received of the death of a former Garner resident, George Schneider, 93.

Schneider died February 22, 1898 ay Clearlake, CA.

Funeral mass was held in Clearlake, CA with a memorial mass to be held at a later date at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Garner. Burial will be at the St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Maude Engstler; and two daughters, Millicent Vallernari and Elexine Wade.
