Weltha Free Under Bonds
Webster City, (AP) - Clarion Weltha, 45, a garage operator, under indictment on three charges of manslaughter, was at liberty Wednesday on $4,500 bond.
The indictments returned late Tuesday, were based on an automobile collision on a curve on highway 69 west of Randall in which Virginia and Victoria Urhatch, twin sisters of Swaledale, and M. C. Rydson, 30, of Britt, were killed last Easter Sunday.
The indictments charge that Weltha drove in front of the Rydson car to enter a side road. Weltha was seriously hurt in the accident.
