Jacob C. Helm the aged father of Herman Helm, passed away at the Helm home Tuesday morning. The cause of his death was pneumonia. He had reached the age of 94 years.

Mr. Helm had resided with his son and family for 32 years. Although he had always enjoyed good health he had not been to town for several years. He was married twice, both of his wives having died in Germany. His son here is the only surviving relative.

Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian church Friday afternoon and burial was made in Bingham Township cemetery.
