LOIS C. LANGE

Funeral services were held at the United Methodist Church, Klemme, Tuesday, Feb. 2, 1993 for Lois C. Lange, age 74 who died Saturday, Jan. 30, 1993 at Mercy Hospital in Mason City. Rev. Jerry Robertson officiated at the services. Burial was a Ell Township Cemetery, Klemme.

Lois Carol (Pringnitz) Lange, the daughter of Emil and Anna (Schoenwetter) Pringnitz was born June 19, 1918 in Hancock County. She attended rural school in Twin Lakes and graduated from Garner High School and Cedar Falls Teachers College. She taught school at Liberty Number Nine.

She was united in marriage to Glenn Lange on Jan. 4, 1941 and they farmed together until retiring.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Glenn, and brother Junior Pringnitz.

Surviving Lois are her daughter, Mrs. Robert (Janet) Abele of Gamer; sons, Larry and his wife Betty of Garner, Gerald and his wife Sandra of Dubuque, and David and his wife Gail of Goodell; ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild, sisters, Merlin Mau of Kanawha, Doris Groesbeck of Garner, Verna Ott of Clear Lake; and brothers Ronald Pringnitz of Kanawha and Virgil Pringnitz of Goodell.

Casket Bearers Were Douglas Abele, Dennis Abele, Ben Lange, Nathan Lange. Daryl Heimer, and Doyce Pringnitz.
