Funeral to be held Thursday for Mrs. Harry Horstman, 51

Funeral services for Mrs. Harry (Evelyn) Hostman, 51, a native of Forest City, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Olson-Petersen funeral home, with the Rev. Owen Gangstead officiating.

Mrs. Marlin Olson, soloist, and Mrs. Joseph Peterson, organist, will provide music. Casket bearers will be Juel Boman, Dale Charlson, Clarence Habercamp and James Smith. Interment will be at Madison township cemetery.

Mrs. Horstman was born July 12, 1920, the daughter of George L. and Ingeborg Kvamsdahl Peterson of Forest City. She and her husband, Harry Hostman, lived in Mason City for some time before her death. She died after an illness Tuesday in a Mason City nursing home.

She is survived by her husband; a son, Clarence E. Helgeson of San Diego, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. F. C. (Ruth) Davis of Hampton, Mrs. Helen Lyng of Hampton and Mrs. Marlyn (Lillian) Aker of Applington; and two brothers, George J. Peterson of Clear Lake and C. Melvin Peterson of Garden Grove, Calif. She was preceded in death by a sister, Edith Peterson, in 1965.
